The trainer knows really well is subject, use interesting support such as MURAL, and answers all questions you may have during the courses. Excercises in small teams are proposed which allow you to exchange on the subjects with other participants and to intergrate and better understand each step of the Project management. The trainer was knowledgeable and humorous. His interactive way of teaching the content and the group work made time feel pass very quickly. Pictures / pictograms visually helped to grab the subject right away. For technical issues solutions were found ad hoc and the trainer kept calm all the time.
