Description
This virtual training is aimed at managers who want to bring themselves and their teams to top performance in a constructive, cooperative, and healthy way. The virtual and modular format allows this training to be fully integrated into the daily work routine, which is a great advantage not only from a time perspective. Because the short training modules create impulses that can be immediately integrated and tried out in everyday working life. Regular reflection modules in the format of collegial consultation help to discuss the knowledge and experience gained among the participants (like-minded people in similar situations) and with the trainer, to obtain best practices and to give each other advice. In this way, theory is not only immediately transformed into practice, but a continuous process of development and improvement is also initiated. Depending on the wishes and dynamics of the group of participants, the format of collegial consultation can be continued beyond the training period – either on the participants’ own initiative or, if desired, under the moderation of the trainer.

- You will gain a good understanding of which leadership instruments you can use to tackle and master your specific challenges.
- You will reflect on your experiences and observations with the other participants* and gain important suggestions and feedback for practical application.
- You gain confidence as a manager in the VUCA environment.

Course Structure
This virtual training consists of 28 individual modules of 45 minutes each, followed by 15 minutes each for a break or the opportunity to ask the trainer* or to secure results in the Leadership Canvas. Each participant has access to a digital Leadership Canvas, which accompanies the entire training. The Leadership Canvas is used to secure individual knowledge and results as well as for accompanying self-evaluation and continuous improvement.
The modules themselves consist either of a keynote lecture, a so-called “business game” or a reflection unit in the format of a collegial consultation. The aim of the impulse lectures is to convey relevant theories and scientific and/or practical knowledge. In addition, working materials for self-study are distributed in the individual modules as required. The “Business Games” add colour to the theory by means of a practical exercise and thus help to experience what has been learnt and thus process it better. Finally, the reflection units round off the programme. The modular structure and the distribution of the modules over a longer period of time gives the participants the opportunity to apply or observe findings from the theory and the exercises in practice – and to reflect on these findings with the other participants and thus initiate a continuous improvement process in themselves.
