The corporate strategy determines the requirements for competences and we analyse your strategy with you along the Ansoff matrix (market development, market penetration, diversification, product development).
We differentiate the requirements with you and derive corresponding profiles for short-, medium- and/or long-term strategy. These can be different for different time horizons.
The profiles are the basis for qualification concepts and programmes. We work with you to develop suitable concepts and implementation-oriented programmes from a strategic and operational direction.
We develop a balanced scorecard with you to measure success. We select suitable key figures and evaluation perspectives with you (this deliberately includes non-monetary successes). Success is best measured from a holistic perspective.
A structured approach leads step by step to the conception and we accompany you in every step of the development of your qualification concept.

The qualification programme is concretised specifically for the learners. We compile the concrete contents for the programmes with you. We analyse which competences are available and which additional ones are needed. From this we develop qualification modules.
We select suitable and high-quality modules for the individual programmes with you in order to create a blended learning curriculum (a fine composition of learning support & coaching, existing course modules and presence modules).
We work out your personal curriculum with the learners and our support enables a sustainable anchoring of what has been learned in the work routine.
We actively support you in the implementation of the qualification programmes.
