In this Scrum training you will get to know the Scrum framework. You don’t need any previous knowledge, which is why this training is the ideal introduction to agile Scrum management.
Then you will deepen your knowledge and learn how to correctly and successfully perform the role of the product owner.
The training specifically prepares you for the certification exams for Professional Scrum Master as well as Professional Scrum Product Owner and imparts knowledge on the relevant topics in a goal-oriented, didactically appealing and fun way.
On all days, you have the opportunity to take the certification exam directly after the training.

- You will be able to pass the Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO1) certification
- You know the framework of Scrum including principles, values, roles, artefacts, events and Scrumbut.
- You know the Agile Strategy and its elements Vision, Value and Validation.
- You know the Product Backlog and its components as well as its functions and relations to each other.
- You are familiar with Product Backlog Management and know how to independently develop, sort and maintain a Product Backlog.
