Description
Scrum is on everyone’s lips and more and more companies are deciding to incorporate agility more into their management. This does not always require direct certification of the employees, often an onboarding is sufficient, in which the knowledge of the method is conveyed quickly and in a targeted manner.
Our Scrum Onboarding Crash Course teaches you the theoretical essence of Scrum: the framework, the roles, the artefacts and events. The course is the light version of our exam preparation course for the Scrum Master (PSM1). But unlike the exam preparation course, the Scrum Onboarding Crash Course does without exercises and extensive learning games to ensure the acquisition of knowledge with a view to the upcoming exam. This course is exclusively about quick but effective onboarding in the Scrum method.
.
The didactics and dramaturgy of the crash course support you in quickly absorbing and anchoring the content.
